Registration
Q. What happen after signing up via PayPal link?
A. An email will be sent out to you with “Quick Start Guide” within 24 Hours of registration. Please response with the phone number that you wish to receive your SMS alerts.
Q. How soon will I start receiving SMS & Email alerts after registering?
A. Please allow up to 24 Hours for us to setup SMS & Email alerts for your account. Once your account is set, you will receive SMS & Email as soon as there are identified trades.
Q. What do I need to do to receive personal coaching?
A. First, please register to OzFx Forum & send us an email via support@ozfx.com.au with your username so we can provide you access to our Exclusive OzFx Private Member Forum.
SMS Alerts
Q. Does it cost extra to receive SMS alerts?
A. No, it is part of the package. However, it is limited to certain carriers in
every country.
Q. Why am I not receiving SMS alerts?
A. Please use this link to find out if
your carrier is supported. Also check the registered phone number and make sure
your country code is right.
Q. My carrier is not in the list, what’s next?
A. You can configure your email client to send sms alerts when you receive our
sms. Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail all have that functionality. Also, please do let
us know your country that is not in the list so we can look into it in the future.
Q. How often will I receive SMS alerts?
A. SMS will be sent out only when there is an identified trade. Please note
that Oz rarely trades on Sunday/Monday. If there is no trade on any given
trading day, no SMS will be sent & only email notification will be sent out
instead. Occasionally, we close a trade early (before it reaches stop loss or
take profit level). In such case, SMS alert will also be sent.
Q. I can't access SMS for some reason, are there other ways of accessing the
details?
A. Email notification will also be sent at the same time.
Email Alerts
Q: Your Daily email goes to my spam folder, how can I get
them in my inbox?
A: Add admin@ozfx.com.au
to your contact list.
Q: Why I am not receiving your daily email alerts?
A: Make sure you are subscribed and then check your spam folder. Also add admin@ozfx.com.au to your
contact list.
Q: What time is the email being sent?
A: Daily signals are send out at 7PM EST US (8PM EDT
Subscription Fees
Q. How much is the subscription fee?
A. USD 249 per month.
Q. What type of payment options are there?
A. At this stage, you can pay via PayPal. In the future, we will add direct
Credit / Debit Card facility.
Q. When is the next payment taken out?
A. Fee is deducted monthly from the joining date. PayPal will take care of the
subscription payment.
Q. Is there a Money Back Guarantee?
A. You have 7 days from the joining date
to ask for a full refund. Just send us an email to refund@ozfx.com.au
Q. Can I cancel anytime?
A. Yes you can, just send us notification email with “Cancellation of account”
in the subject line to billing@ozfx.com.au
at least 48 hours in advance.
Q. What if I want to cancel in the middle of payment cycle?
A. No refund will be provided for the remaining days of the month.
Coaching
Q. What is included in personal coaching?
A. Oz will help you learn how the OzFx Forex System works. However, we assume that you have basic understanding of how FOREX market works in general.
Q. When does it start?
A. 7 days after joining date.
Q. How can I receive coaching?
A. Via Exclusive OzFx Private Member Forum. Oz will try to
answer your questions via this Forum as much as his busy schedule allowed.
